Analysis of common machine faults
- The machine does not work after connecting the power plug:
Check if the machine switch is turned on and if there is any problem with the insurance tube.
Check if the supply voltage reaches 220 V of AC. - Turn on the switch, the machine moves but in the state of filling or pumping cleaning solution, the filter Shell observes the flow of no cleaning solution:
Re-install the filter shell, be sure to pay attention to the sealing ring inside the filter shell to ensure no air leakage.
Check whether the inlet and outlet tube is connected incorrectly. - Set the working program but the machine does not run the program:
Check if the machine is in the cleaning fluid emptying state when it starts working. If there is no emptying, set the machine to the “cleaning liquid recovery” process, run the cleaning machine until the liquid is returned or the machine is automatically shut down when the buzzer rings; Reset the machine working process for cleaning.
