Owner is a wonderful and personable character. I have visited 2 times and thought my needs for purchase were not normally under his tab, given that he deals with car wash and other big companies, while I just needed small items for a small bicycle shop. He went ahead and accommodated my needs and ordered me items, included in his container coming from China and instead of saying that we do not deal in such and such for small bicycle shops, he actually gave me several options of which I just ordered one on my last visit. So from each of my visits, I have made purchases through Mr. Jackson (English Name). I am very appreciative of their services
