Description
The RPW20G Parts Wash Basin is a heavy-duty parts cleaning machine designed for automotive workshops, garages, mechanical workshops, and professional maintenance environments. With a 20-gallon capacity, it provides a practical workspace for cleaning engine components, tools, bearings, bolts, gaskets, and other mechanical parts.
The unit is constructed from durable steel and features a high-flow pump that circulates cleaning solution through a flexible metal nozzle and flow-through cleaning brush. The 28-inch (71 cm) flexible tube helps technicians direct the cleaning solution precisely onto the parts being cleaned.
The RPW20G is equipped with a removable cleaning basket for organizing smaller parts, a drain plug for convenient maintenance, and a removable work surface tray. Its four casters, including two locking wheels, allow the parts washer to be moved around the workshop and securely positioned during use.
A hinged lid with a fusible-link safety mechanism is designed to automatically close in the event of excessive operating temperature, providing an additional safety feature during cleaning operations.
